IMPORTANT NOTICE - MANDATORY e-GP REGISTRATION

ALL CONTRACTORS/SUPPLIERS/CONSULTANTS ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER ON THE e-GP PORTAL

Effective July 1, 2025: All government procurement is conducted exclusively through the Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) system. Registration is mandatory for all suppliers.

Tender documents containing detailed terms and conditions are obtainable for perusal from the Supplies and Procurement Office, KVDA Plaza Eldoret, 13th Floor, during normal working hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kenya Shillings One Thousand only per set of document, either in cash or Bankers Cheque OR download the same from our website www.kvda.go.ke OR Kenya e-GP portal: www.egpkenya.go.ke free of charge.

Electronic Tender Submission (MANDATORY)

ALL TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY through the e-GP portal. Suppliers must be registered on www.egpkenya.go.ke to participate in any government procurement process.

e-GP Registration Requirements:

  • • Valid company/business registration number (BRS)
  • • National ID number
  • • KRA PIN for business/individual
  • • Certificate of registration/incorporation
  • • Official mobile phone number and email address
